Pioneer Road Construction and Infrastructure L.L.C. (PRCI) is a professional Engineering Company organized around a core of qualified and very experienced engineers and technicians, who have the knowledge, experience, integrity and commitment to build the infrastructure of the future.

With over 30 years of experience in infrastructure projects, mainly roads, bridges and utilities initially operating in Lebanon and later in the UAE as an offshore company. In December 2012 the company was formally established as an onshore company based in Ras Al-Khaimah.

PRCI is a leading construction company successfully completing a number of infrastructure projects and excelling in the provision of engineering, procurement, project management and construction services with distinctive capabilities in the planning and the execution of large-scale projects.

PRCI has an entrepreneurial culture and structure creating a framework for networking and empowerment of local managers, supporting its focus on people and responsive organizations.
